These Terms of Service govern your use of DynastyDaily — our website, newsletters, podcasts, mobile apps, trade calculator, rankings, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using DynastyDaily you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services you confirm you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Your account
Some features require a free or paid DynastyDaily Insider account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.
You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account, and not to access the Services using automated tools without our written permission.
3. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial dynasty research.
You may not republish, scrape, redistribute, or use our rankings, projections, DDX values, or written content for commercial purposes without a license. Email legal@dynastydaily.com for licensing.
4. User content
When you submit comments, league imports, mock drafts, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reference that content within the Services.
We may remove user content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
5. Disclaimers
DynastyDaily is an independent editorial publication. Our rankings, DDX values, and analysis are opinions, not guarantees. We do not offer financial or sports-betting advice.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynastyDaily Media, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
